During the pandemic, it's more important than ever to feel connected and supported - but that can be challenging when we're working from home or isolated from our friends and family.
A few weeks ago, I discovered a wonderful resource that brings people together to discuss mental health in an open and vulnerable way. If you're looking to connect and talk about mental health, check out Together All a support group for those of us who may be socially isolated and managing through depression or anxiety. It brings together a community of people who may have been suffering from depression or anxiety prior to the Pandemic, or may be experiencing it for the first time.
What I love about this community is that people care, and take the time to thoughtfully share experiences with each other.
It's an excellent way to connect and discuss your feelings with people, free of judgement in anonymity.
